For her 2015 Spring/Summer line, KYE designer Kathleen Kye forged a collection at the crossroads of monochrome and fire. More specifically, we were really intrigued by KYE's use of solids with busy patters. First in turn, setting the overall look of the show, was a spattered black+white two piece crop. From there, KYE revealed stenciled cut-outs in minimal rope patterns, ornate bee embroideries, and the dominant inspiration of fire on white. Our two favorite pieces (shown above) are the busy black+white shorts-suit and the flame on fire two piece crop/coat combo. Overall a strong, modern, and uniquely curated collection.
We would like to personally thank everybody at KYE and BPMW Agency for having us as your guests. We look forward to seeing your collection next spring season!
