Vero: My inspiration for my outfit was to create something fresh and young. Combined the street style using sneakers this season is definitely a must, it makes you feel comfortable and at the same time with a skirt very chic.

Jayde: I like to think that the way I look is a reflection of all the things i love, everything i see beauty in. For this outfit in particular i drew my inspiration from geometry, clean cut lines, kind of mathematical and sharp. It's youthful but also keeps a classic Parisian feel, very feminine and powerful at the same time.

Pam: I’ve been tying to find a varsity jacket for the longest time that fit me nicely, but most of them were not very flattering on me. This one by J. Crew has a great fit even though it’s a little bit loose in the waist. In my opinion, this is a super versatile piece because you can wear it for a variety of different climates and it’s great for layering too. I would totally style this with a turtleneck sweater for when it gets colder outside. I was also thinking of pairing this jacket with a dress and maybe some tall high-heeled boots, but I decided to go the casual way (since it’s casual Friday) and pair it with my new Paige Denim skinny jeans, which by the way are on sale at Nordstrom right now! These Sam Edelman t-strap pumps are also on sale! They are having some great deals right now, so If you have time this weekend make sure to visit your local store or shop online.

Kerrie: Believe it or not this outfit came together at the very last minute so there wasn't a huge amount of thought behind it. As disorganized as ever, I was running late for an event and needed something cute but comfortable (feeling comfortable in my clothes has a huge effect on my confidence level) so I immediately opted for this skirt which just so happens to be my favorite right now. Not wanting to look too prim I decided mixing prints would take it to another level, a more fashion forward level. And hey, a gal can't go wrong with stripes, can she? Since wearing this a lot of people have asked me about mixing prints and whether or not I have any tips for doing so. Honestly, I think the best thing is to just have fun with it and, if in doubt, stick to hues within the same color family.

Whitney: Honestly, I had just bought the dress and the jacket the day before! My style tends to gravitate toward a balance of clean lines and trendy pieces, which I think can be seen here. I loved the leopard print on the dress, and I liked how the masculine structure of the jacket balanced out the femininity of the dress. Also, I've been dying to wear my fall wardrobe since the September issues of my style magazines came out, and this jacket was the perfect piece to transition my summer wardrobe to fall, seeing as it's so lightweight. (I live in Ventura, Ca, so fall is usually pushed back a couple months later than it is for the rest of the world!) I finished it all off with these nude wedges to keep the dress and the jacket the stars, not to mention it was just too hot for booties!
