Comfy, Cute and Classy!
Now that autumn has arrived and is in full swing, it’s finally time to break out those cozy sweaters and scarves! Knits are back, and they were spotted multiple times on the runway this year in collections by Calvin Klein, Alexander Wang, and many more! The best part about knits is that they can be used for keeping warm and being comfortable, yet they are super fashion forward and classy.
This fall on the runway, we saw a mixture of loud colors, pastels, and our favorite fall hues of browns, greys, and blacks. Whatever color knits you choose to wear this season, try layering them up! Most people would imagine layering knits to be very uncomfortable and bulky, but if you take some tips from the models on the runway in collections by Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Missoni, and more, we can see that there are, in fact, ways to layer up without looking like a marshmallow. (Yay!) Try to stick with thinner knit pieces while layering to enjoy this runway-inspired look!
So whether you are throwing on your favorite comfy sweater, or adding a stylish knit beanie or scarf to your look to keep warm or to add a pop of color, I definitely recommend incorporating this trend into your wardrobe. What better way to stay warm this fall and winter than in style?? I love this trend so much because it can honestly never disappoint! Fashion is now both wearable and comfortable, and I cannot get enough.
